Mrs. Qualls' class is turning science into hands-on fun! Students participated in a Mystery Bag Lab. Students had to touch the items in the bags without peaking and wrote down properties to help describe the items. Students then made an educated guess on what they thought the item was based on their observations. Students loved the hands on exposure to deepen their knowledge about materials and their properties. #PerseverancePropelsProgress #LearningLeading #MJEchampions

Today Ms. Hare's class got a sweet lesson in math! Each student received a pack of gummy bears and got to sort, count, and graph their bears by color. 🌈📊 Not only did this activity help students practice important graphing and data collection skills, but it also made learning hands-on and delicious. Ms. Hare was proud of how engaged her students were. Math really is more fun when it’s colorful and tasty! 💛❤️💚💜🧡
